Healthy Ageing Study

In very rare cases, people might experience technical issues when filling in the survey. If this happens, please try using another internet browser. In case of further question, you can call the helpline of the Luxembourg Healthy Ageing Study team (+352 621 789 769, Mon. Fri. 08:00 - 17:00h) or send an email (heba@uni.lu).

Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes. Ideally, you should try to complete it in one go. If you can't complete the entire quiz in one sitting, you can interrupt at any time and come back to the quiz at a later time using your code.

It is very important that you write down and save this code in case you need to access the questionnaire later.

If you provide us with your email address in the questionnaire (Declaration of consent to be contacted again page), you will also receive a link in your email with which you can directly access your personal questionnaire.

This website is designed to work with most web browsers for PCs, Apple computers and mobile devices. We recommend you to use the current version of browsers to make sure our web pages display quickly and correctly. If you use older browsers, you might notice some missing functions and features.
